ARRIVALS FROM VICTORIA FALLS

Day 1: Road transfer from Kasane to Chobe Tented Camp by Afrimork Tours

Chobe Tented Camp: 2 Nights.

We are expected to arrive in Kasane around noon or before. This gives us enough time to go on the boat cruise in the afternoon.

Day 2:  This will be our full day in Chobe Tented Camp. In the morning we will be searching for birds in the park and drive again in the afternoon searching for unique birds found along the Chobe River.

Day 3: Road transfer to Savuti Tented Camp.

Savuti Tented Camp: 2 Nights.

We will leave Chobe Tented Camp around 06:30hrs and expected to arrive late in the afternoon. We will drive into camp to freshen up and go out for sundowner.

Day 4:  This is a wonderland to look at, but we will be search for some species of birds found here like the Pink Throated/Rosy Throated Longclaw. Good area as well to search for cheetahs. We will go back to camp for Brunch and take a short break before high tea is saved. Then we go out after high tea for a game/Birding exploration and have our sunset in the bush before we get back to camp.

Day 5: Road transfer to Khwai Tented Camp.

Khwai Tented Camp: 2 Nights.

 Arrive in Camp in the afternoon. Then we meet again at high tea and go for the afternoon game drive/Birding along the Khwai river and stop at sunset for drinks.

Days 6: These are two full days in Khwai. The first day will be a walking safari day in the morning and Mokoro in the afternoon. The second day will be a game viewing and birdwatching along the Khwai river and the riparian vegetation in the area as we go out to Moremi Tented Camp in Xakanaxa.

Day 7: Road transfer to Moremi Tented Camp in Xakanaxa.

Moremi Tented Camp: 2 Nights.

Arrive in Camp in the afternoon, freshen up and go for sundowner.

Days 8: This day will be a full day trip to Gadikwe. This is a Birding Paradise within the Okavango, two hours boating from Camp Moremi. It is a heronry well known as a breeding side for different water birds. We will take our lunch with us and tea and coffee will be served on board as well as soft drinks and wines and other drinks per guests’ preference. We will be back in the afternoon for high tea and go for the afternoon game drive and have sunset out. 

Second day: This will be our second full day. It will be a Big Five search day particularly Rhinos since this is the only area to see them apart from Chiefs Island in Okavango Delta on our way out to Maun Lodge in Maun.

Day 9: Maun Lodge

Day 10: Road transfer from Maun Lodge to Nxai Pan.

 Nxai Pan Tented Camp: 2 Nights.

Days: 11: This will be a full day in Nxai Pan searching around the pan and the salt pan areas for the salt pan animals including a visit to the famous Baines Baobab.

Day: 12 This will be a moving day from Nxai Pan to Makgadikgadi Pans

Makgadikgadi Tented Camp/Tailored Safari

Day: 13:  This will be a full day in Makgadikgadi Pans

Day: 14: this will be a moving day back to Maun Lodge where we will spend a night.

Day 15: Road transfer to Maun to connect with the international flight or any other place on the itinerary.
